If you’re looking for a fun activity to do on 14 February, why not use this free Valentine’s Day scavenger hunt list.
It’s perfect for people of all ages, so can be used with kids, youth groups and adults.
Here’s how to organize it:
Resources
- Scavenger hunt list (see below)
- Pens
Rules
Split the group into teams, or individuals if there are only a few people taking part. Give each team / player a copy of the list and a pen to check off as they find each item.
The objective is for them to find and collect as many items from the list as they can. Set a time limit and a location for them to meet back, then send them off to hunt!
An alternative would be to organize this as a Valentine’s Day photo scavenger hunt, where the players have to take photos of the items rather than actually collect them. This might be a good option to use with children and younger teens who wouldn’t have transportation to get around – it could instead be done at a mall.
Valentine’s Day Scavenger Hunt List
You don’t want to waste your time trying to think of a list of different Valentine’s Day themed items, so we’ve done it for you! Below, you can therefore find a list of 20 items for players to find.
In addition to that, we’ve also listed three bonus tasks for players to complete. These tasks add an extra element to the scavenger hunt, plus are great to use as a tiebreaker.
Bonus points should be awarded for these additional tasks based not only on them completing the task, but also on other factors like how funny they are, how creative they are, etc.
That’s not all though! Beneath the list of items and bonus tasks, you can find a link to a free downloadable PDF that contains all these items and tasks. You can therefore print it off instantly, as well as save it to your computer to use another time.
n.b. There are two copies of the list on the download page – this helps reduce the number of pages you’ll need to print off.
