This Bible scavenger hunt idea is a great activity to do with your church youth group to help them learn their way around scripture.
They’ll also enjoy it due to the competitive nature of the game.

How To Play
For this scripture scavenger hunt, give each of the young people a copy of the worksheet (see below), a pen and make sure each of them have a Bible.
The first column on the worksheet has a list of 24 chapters from the Bible. The third column contains a list of 24 people with names going from A-Z (fun fact – while creating this idea, I found out there’s no one in the Bible with names beginning with W or Y!).
Their task is to look up each passage in scripture and find one of the names listed on the sheet – when they’ve found it, they write their answer in the center column.
Teams
This activity can either be done individually or in pairs / teams.
Winner
The winner will be the first person / team to complete the sheet correctly.
